Chris Waters

Born and raised in Neenah Wisconsin, Chris Waters (Christine Marie Waters) knew she wanted to be an artist when still a small child.  Chris, a working artist, is a painter of both oil paintings and watercolors who has spent most of her adult life teaching to university art students. This year marks her 30th year at the University of Michigan-Flint where she is also Chair of the Department of Art and Art History.
